We hope that you will enjoy all of your purchases received from 9 Months Later. If however if you are not completely satisfied, you may return any merchandise in "new and unused" condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price less any coupons used and shipping charges.
"New and unused" means that the item must be in saleable condition, not used, worn, dirty and not washed. We unfortunately cannot issue refunds for an item that has any indications that it has been used or that has been damaged due to misuse or mishandling. This includes, but is not limited to, items requiring assembly that have been assembled. For health and hygiene concerns we also cannot accept returns for the following types of products: feeding accessories, bottles, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions, potty seats, diapers, diaper accessories, pacifiers, thermometers, video/audio recordings, and undergarments.
Items must be returned in its original packaging with all documentation, parts, and accessories included in order to receive a full refund.
To Process A Return
Step One: Obtain a Return Authorization Number by emailing ninemonths@ymail.com with the following information: (1) First and Last Name, (2) Original Order Number, (3) Item Number or Product Name, (4) Reason for Return. We will email you back with a Return Authorization Number which should be clearly marked on your return package.
Step Two: Properly package your item for safe shipping and include a copy of the original packing slip. We recommend that you use a shipping service such as UPS so that you can track and insure your order. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns so following these instructions are important. Packages can be sent to 9 Months Later, 3300 Broadway #410, Eureka, CA 95501. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be refunded only in the event the product is defective or shipped in error.
Step Three: Please allow up to 7-10 business days once we have received your return to process and issue your refund. Upon receipt and inspection of your return a full refund will be credited towards your account.
Defective Items
At 9 Months Later we are committed to selling only top quality products from reputable manufacturers who stand behind the quality of their products. Most products are covered by manufacturer's warranties. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you encounter a defective item. We will work as quickly as possible with each manufacturer in fixing the problem. We will either replace the broken parts or ship out a new item at our discretion and expense. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible but due to manufacturing constraints this may take time and we ask for your patience in these situations. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement parts.
After 30 days please contact the manufacturer directly for information for warranty information. Contact information can usually be found on the service manual that came with the product.
Damaged Items
9 Months Later will do everything we can to insure that your purchase is properly packaged and shipped. Unfortunately sometimes packages are damaged during the shipping process after leaving our store. If your order arrives at your door either damaged or broken, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and expense.
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival for either apparent or concealed damage. Contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date to report any damage. Be sure and have information such as model number, serial number etc. We will not be able to replace your damaged merchandise if we are notified within 5 business days of the delivery date.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order please call us as soon as possible. We will do our very best to stop the shipment for you. If your order has already been shipped then our normal return policy will apply.
